Georgia v. Texas: A dynasty Starts Tonight

Georgia has been the STANDARD of college football for three years now. They’ve won 50 games in a row, not including games against Nick Saban. Two National Championships in three years. But their time as the Kings of college football has come to an end. There is a new standard in CFB and it lives in Austin, Texas.

On September 9, I wrote a blog titled “The Texas Longhorns are on the Verge of a Dynasty.” Since that blog, nearly a month later, the Longhorns remain undefeated and have dominated every team in their path. Now, I am very aware that the Longhorns are not nearly as battle-tested as teams like Georiga or Alabama, but man, something about what Sark’s team has going on feels different. They are dominating on both sides of the ball and have the BEST offensive line in the country. Their skills are uber talented and their defensive front is elite. In every facet of the sport, the Longhorns are the best team in the country.

The Longhorns are going to beat this Georgia team by a touchdown or more tonight. This is the game where we see Texas go from potential championship contender to the standard of the SEC and all of College Football. I’m pumped up for this game and am calling my shot now. The SEC will run through Austin after tonight.
