My Preseason Top 25. #21 USC Trojans

USC is an interesting team this year, but I think they deserve a top-25 spot. The group offensively is going to produce, but the defense, much like last year leaves a lot to be desired.

Miller Moss should be able to keep the passing game in the same range as it was with Caleb Williams, and the receiving core is loaded with talent. The Mississippi State RB transfer, Woody Marks, should also have a solid season.

USC brought in 5 transfers on defense who are expected to compete for starting roles and have a new DC in D’Anton Lynn. Bear Alexander should have another great season as he returns the most production for the USC defensive line this season.

USC is full of question marks on both sides of the ball, but I think their roster is worthy of a Top 25 ranking.
